What is considered hazmat? Your shipment will travel via ocean/ground. Your supplier can supply you with a UN number to determine if your item is hazmat.

What is considered oversized? Any thing over 8’ is considered oversized and will need to be quoted before shipment. Email us with the dimensions and weight of your shipment to get a quote.

How long will it take for my items to arrive? Our shipments depart Fife, WA once a week on Wednesdays. If your item is delivered before 12pm on Wednesday it will be included in that weeks shipment. Items arrive in Kenai the following Wednesday. Contact us for current information on the next shipment.

Where do I pickup my items? Our warehouse is on the NW side of the Spur&Main building in Kenai, Alaska.

Do I have to schedule my pickup? Our warehouse does not have business hours and is not open to the public. We are flexible on our pickup schedule, but we need to know when you are coming so that we can be there too!

Can I ship ammo? Ammo must be sent by a licensed dealer to a licensed dealer. If those conditions are met, we can ship small arms ammo only.

Will you help me load my items? There will also we at least once person available during pickup hours to assist, but ultimately it is your responsibility to load your items. We do have a forklift, and can lift large shipments directly into a truck bed or onto a trailer.

Are my items insured? We are not liable for your items while they are in the hands of our shipping contractors per our customer contract. Our shipping contractors do have nominal insurance for most circumstances. If you are shipping a high value item, please reach out so we can discuss additional insurance options.

Why is my actual shipment heavier than what my vendor said? Often times the weight you find online is for the actual item weight, not the weight of the item when it is packaged. Additionally, if your item is heavy, oversized, or has a lot of pieces, it will be packaged on a pallet, or put on one to be moved. We will not subtract any of that “packaging” weight from the weight on your invoice.
